Pat O’Donnell offers world class instruction and troubleshooting for individuals and studios in the NJ/NY area. Technical support and installation/upgrade services are offered on site.

- Currently give on site and telephone technical support for Mac and PC based music systems:
- Software integration support and education for:
Apple/logic, Garage Band, Pro Tools, Digital Performer, Cubase, Ableton Live, Finale, Sibelius
- Specialize in multiple computer set ups, digital clocking issues, plug ins and custom hardware/ software solutions and networking

Support Details and fees
Telephone support/consulting $70.00 per hour/part
sales advice/ research/prep $40.00 per1/2 hour/part.
On site training support- $125.00 per hour for first 2 hours
$100.00 for third hour or part ($75.00 per hour following) 
3 hour minimum call for on site support 

EMERGENCY same day service $200.00 per hour or part minimum call 2 hours

Special rates available for educational training and normal studio maintenance
