BIOGRAPHY

Drummer/percussionist/composer/producer Pat O'Donnell has performed and or recorded with such
diverse artists as Bob Mintzer, Danny Troob, Ian Finkel, Claudio Roditi, Morris Nanton, Ray Alexander,
Lee Musiker, Rio Clemente, Enrico Granafei, Blvd. East, and the Ed Palermo Big Band as well as with
his own groups at major venues and festivals throughout the United States. Pat has been featured in articles
in Modern Drummer, Billboard, and Musician magazines.


THE PAT O'DONNELL GROUP is an original Contemporary Jazz Quintet that features
Mr. O'Donnell's original compositions performed by some of the best players in the NY area.The
Pat O'Donnell Group has performed with some of the biggest names in Contemporary Jazz Including:

    • Tower of Power
    • David Benoit
    • The Rippingtons
    • Acoustic Alchemy
    • Gato Barbieri
    • Alex Bugnon
    • Peter White

Pat O'Donnell has also been active on the NY Broadway theatre scene as a percussionist and has performed in over
20 musicals including Dreamgirls, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables and Cats.

Mr. O'Donnell has produced music for film and television including original compositions for animated features
and the New York Yankees Baseball Organization.
